We are located 9 miles up Golden Gate Canyon. Nestled between two mountains and sitting at 8300 feet. Purchased our Ranch in 2017 to get out of the busy City and have a quiet place to rest our heads.
The home was already set up for animals. Started with raising chickens with our son. He showed interest in our local 4H and we decided that we would learn how to raise goats. We joined an apprenticeship program in 2018 with another local farm. Once we did our research, we jumped into owning our own herd of Nigerian Dwarf Goats.
We had extra milk from our original doe so decided to try our hand in making soap. We spent several months testing recipes and discovered that we enjoyed our soap and shared it with family and friends. From there, word of mouth spread our soap to other networks and shared it with local farmer’s markets.
